{Wheat-Free Wednesday} LENT
Welcome to another {Wheat-Free Wednesday}, the place to find and share delicious wheat-free recipes and healthy ideas. This week’s blog party will last TWO WEEKS instead of one. During this Lenten season, in addition to giving up chocolate (a true sacrifice for me!), I plan on limiting my computer and internet time to checking e-mail twice a day, allowing a short amount of time to promoting your posts on Pinterest and setting up the next blog party in a couple of weeks. I know this will help me better focus not only on this holy season, but on my family.
Last week we had so many great posts (as usual!). My family has been so busy lately that I have found it hard to plan meals very well. My top picks this week focus on making things easier in that regard, as well as reminders of healthy foods to work into my diet. I am also featuring an interesting interview with the founder of one of the top healing diets.
I still want to mention some of the posts that had me watering at the mouth that I plan on trying very soon: Grain-Free Strawberries ‘N Cream (this will be tomorrow’s breakfast…I can’t wait!), Tender Indian Meat Cubes (I’ve been looking for new meat ideas!), and Thai Shrimp and Coconut Soup (branching out since I’ve not tried Thai food). There are so many others that look scrumptious and I hope you’ll click around and take a look at what everyone has to offer.
