{Wheat-Free Wednesday} 01.23.13
Welcome to another {Wheat-Free Wednesday}, the place to find and share delicious wheat-free recipes and healthy ideas. There were so many wonderful posts (as usual!), and y’all picked a lot of the same link-ups as I did as favorites! So I’m splitting them up between “My Picks” and “Reader Faves.” I hope everyone’s year is off to a great start! We’ve had gloomy skies here for quite a while but I am now happy to say that the sun is shining again, which has gotten me in the mood to experiment in the kitchen! How are things in your neck of the woods?

Thanks for featuring my Oyster Stew!
I shared “Cheese Fondue” which is family favorite and gluten free bread can used to dip or even veggies! Plus, “Essential Oils Restore Hearing!” which really worked for me.
Have a great week!

Honored by the feature of my taco seasoning! Today Im sharing Best Ever Beef Stew!
Thanks for hosting! I’ve linked up my cauliflower gratin that is grain free and mostly dairy free. I use cashew milk for the sauce. Though cheese is added to the sauce, it can be left out with wonderful results.
Have a great week (what’s left of it!)
Jen
PS – Thanks so much for featuring me last week!!!
So sorry!!! I’ve had to re-link. SOmething went wrong. Please delete my #9 cauliflower submission. I’ll re-enter it.
THank you! I also have a question: I’ve tried to get your button on my site, but have had problems (I’m technically challenged). Do you have an HTML for the button?
Jen
Jen, I deleted the #9 submission. Here’s the html for the featured button:

This week, I’m adding my Creamy Chocolate Milkshake. Have a great day!
Hi Anne-Marie, thanks for hosting!! This week I’m sharing a recipe for easy gluten free Asian soup (it takes 15 minutes).
I’d also like to invite everyone to come by my blog (Poor and Gluten Free) and enter to win a copy of a new Paleo cookbook, Primal Cuisine. All the recipes are gluten free and you don’t need to be on the Paleo diet to enjoy it

It’s so nice to find you! Making wheat-free a lifestyle change is one of my goals and I’m doing great. I blog about adding more raw foods to my diet and linked up with you today (Mock Salmon on Baby Bok Choy). Thank you!
